What is Level 1 (Shoden) and why is it the most important?
Level 1, traditionally known as Shoden, is your attunement and initiation with subtle energy. It is the most beautiful step because it lays the foundation for your entire practice. In this course:
You will receive the Channel Opening: Through the ritual attunement, your energetic channel is cleansed, opened, and sealed, allowing you to receive and transmit Reiki energy safely.
You will learn the History and Principles of Reiki: You will discover the ethical, philosophical, and spiritual foundation of this Japanese practice, which is essential for integrating it into your daily life with full responsibility.
You will master the Healing Technique: You will learn the basic hand positions both to perform self-treatment and to apply Reiki to other people, plants, or animals.
Is the in-person course the same as the online one?
Energy knows no barriers of time or space. Online Reiki attunement (via Google Meet) is just as powerful and effective as the one performed in person at our studio in Lanzarote. The only difference lies in how you prefer to live the experience:
Ideal if you are looking for a direct practice, if you want to feel the physical touch, the energy of the live group, and share the physical space with the therapist.
Total flexibility. Perfect if you live off the island, have a complicated schedule, or prefer to experience this intimate initiation process from the comfort and tranquility of your own home.
